Dreams
An older Witches Weekly question:-"Do you believe dreams are ever symbolic?
How do you interpret dreams? Do you feel some are scenes from past lives? Future premonitons? Hidden thoughts and feelings?
What do you feel was your most symbolic/meaningful dream?"
I do strongly believe that dreams are symbolic - in fact, I think dreams could be defined as symbolic. They're the way our subconscious/Younger Self interprets the world.
I have a lot of trouble interpreting my own dreams. The only time I can interpret them is when they're obviously a simple stress dream - for example, if I'm worried about work, and I then dream about being at work, and things going wrong. On a reasonably regular basis, I have dreams that exist in entirely new worlds, which I find quite strange. Some of these seem so real, I wonder if they are some sort of message, or past/future life, or whether these places actually exist. And sometimes I just wonder at the endless creativity of my mind when my body sleeps.
I went through a disciplined stage of writing down all the dreams I remembered in the morning, and reading back over those is quite fascinating (although not particularly enlightening, in terms of symbolism). I would like to begin to do that again - I think looking back at the dreams of five years ago could be a very valuable exercise, in terms of seeing how my subconscious preoccupations have, or have not, changed.

I have this reoccuring dream. Well, it's not the same dream, but the same theme. When I first started having it, I would wake up screaming and now when I dream it, it's no big deal (and often times I say that to someone in my dream "don't worry about it, it happens all the time."
The dream is me loosing my teeth. All or some of my teeth come out, sometimes there is blood, recently there has not been. Actually, I just had the dream again last week an in it I had these huge wires sticking from my gums. In the dream I just shrugged it off.
Apparently the dream means I'm going through some significant change. Such as I'm graduating from college in a few weeks and will be going to law school in the fall. The occurances of the dream does happen when something significant is happening in my life, so long story short,I belive that dreams are very symbolic.
I didn't interpret the dream, a therapist did when I went to him telling of these reoccuring nightmares I was having.

I believe dreams are our way of subconsciously processing things that are going on in our lives. I also believe in dreams that are premonitions, but I think they are much more rare.
I don't take much stock in my dreams, because I am on so much medication, and at least one kind effects my dreaming. My dreams have become more bizzare and less coherent. I also have a very hard time remembering them when I wake up.
I do know that when I have recurring dreams of being in water it has to do with hidden emotions. I also have recurring dreams about a past boyfriend almost every month that seem to be triggered by my period. Not sure how to interpret that!

I believe dreams is message from our subconscious. When we dream and can remember that dream we are ready to be heal from that aspect of our lives or move on to anther faze of our life.
Sometime we may not get what the dream is telling us so we may have the same type of dream over and over. At one time I kept dream of time seeing calenders and clocks stuff like that.
Resent I dreamed that I was in a little Red Church . So I went to I honestly don’t understand the whole dream message. But part of it I do.
